Mavoloni granite started its operations in 2015. Our Mavoloni granite is mined and undergoes all its processes in Mavoloni, Machackos County. The factory is set up just below the hills where we mine the granite ourselves then process it until it is ready for the market.

The methodology we used to determine there is granite in the area was done through various methods. One being, a field inspection and determination of major rock types found at the site and their mode of occurrence, distribution, quantity and field characteristics indicate granite availability. The other method used was systematic sampling of rocks for further lab analyses and tests for contents of mineral and quality of dimension stones was carried out. Lastly, study and review of previous work carried out at site determined availability of granite.
